Why the Mi Fit app in English have less functions than the Chinese version?

Have any users realized that the Mi Fit app in Chinese have more features and functions?

I don’t understand Chinese so can’t use the Chinese version.

    As far as I can see the main features in the Chinese version are similar to the English version. But, the Chinese version does come with more contents such as online fitness courses, Mi Workout Circle (which is a kind of social networking platform) and ads.

    Besides the Status, Workout and Profile tab, the Chinese version of Mi Fit has an additional Discovery tab which offers events that users can participate online for example the Run with Mi race and Chinese Online Marathon League.

        There’s no language option in the Mi Fit app, you’ll need to change the phone language to Chinese in order to get the Chinese version of Mi Fit app.
